How does the free first month work?

Sign up as an early adopter and your first month is free on any tier. You won't be charged until the second month starts, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like — your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing cycle and simply doesn't renew.

What does the subscription cover?

The subscription covers the Payvex platform: payment pages, QuickBooks sync, recurring invoicing, the customer portal, reminders, and support. Card processing itself is part of the dual-pricing model, not a Payvex subscription charge.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

What happens while my merchant account is under review?

You can explore the full dashboard, connect QuickBooks, and import invoices right away. Payment links unlock as soon as underwriting approves your account — usually quickly.
